Free consultations apply to new estate plans and discussion of existing estate plans that you know or suspect are in need of updates or revisions. The free consultation does not apply to requests to review estate plans for a second opinion on what another attorney or a paralegal has prepared in the recent past, or a plan you prepared using an online service. This latter type of estate plan review is billed at the attorney’s hourly rate, although we may credit the money paid for a review toward the cost of revising your plan if you hire us for revisions.
