Uniquely Qualified, Compassionate Team

What Started It All and Who We Are
Libby Banks’ passion for estate planning began during her early years as a litigation attorney. Libby found herself sorting out the inevitable family fallout caused by poor estate planning and improperly written wills and trusts.
Clients hired Libby either to resolve the disagreements caused by this lack of planning or to fight for a share of the estate, believing another relative had cheated them.
Too often, Libby saw families fall apart, with family members vowing never to talk to each other again.
As Libby often says, “I value family above everything, and these cases broke my heart. I decided to go into estate planning to help people avoid these painful and unnecessary fights.”
Today Libby Banks and our team focus exclusively on preventing the problems caused by an unplanned, or poorly planned, estate. Libby represents clients in Estate Planning, preparing Wills and Trusts, Asset Protection Planning, Probates, and Trust Administration.
Clients range in age from 18 to 98. Some have large families. Some have small or no families but consider their pets their children. Client assets range from a house, a car, and a small bank account to large businesses, multiple rental properties, and real estate all around the United States. Almost every adult needs an estate plan and The Law Office of Libby Banks, PLLC specializes in creating customized and unique plans tailored to their clients’ situations.
When you engage The Law Office of Libby Banks, you have the added assurance of knowing that your estate is being handled by experienced attorneys. Engaging our services ensures a smooth and painless process and our expertly designed plans guarantee peace of mind for our clients.
